We use this information in aggregate to understand how the Website is used, to diagnose technical problems, and to improve the speed, layout and content of our pages.
3. Personal information we collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, including when you complete the enquiry form on the Website, request a trial session or class booking, sign up for a membership, subscribe to updates, or contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or social media.

4. How we use your information
We use personal information for the following purposes:

5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers who act on our behalf, including website hosting, IT support, class booking and membership management platforms, payment processors, email and messaging providers, and analytics providers
- Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, insurers and lawyers

Where we engage service providers, we require them to process personal information only on our instructions and to keep it secure and confidential.
6. Payment card details
Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store full card numbers, expiry dates or security codes on our systems. Our payment providers may return to us limited information, such as the card type and the last four digits of the card number, so that we can identify a transaction and support you with queries or refunds. Those providers process card data in accordance with their own security standards and privacy policies.
7. Health and medical information
Health information is treated as sensitive. We collect it only where it is necessary for your safety, for example so that our coaches can adapt training to an injury or condition, or where you ask us to suspend, freeze or cancel a membership on medical grounds and provide supporting documentation.
We use this information only for the purpose for which you provided it, restrict access to staff who need it, and retain it for no longer than necessary. We do not share medical documentation with third parties except where required to process your request, where required by law, or in a medical emergency.
8. CCTV
Closed-circuit television may operate in and around our premises for the safety and security of members, staff and property, and for the prevention and investigation of incidents. Cameras are not installed in changing rooms, showers or toilets. Recordings are retained for a limited period and are accessed only by authorised personnel, or disclosed to the police, insurers or other authorities where lawful and necessary.
9. Marketing communications
Where you have opted in, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law, we may contact you by email, SMS, WhatsApp or telephone with information about classes, membership offers, events and community news.
You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, by replying to a message asking to stop, or by contacting us using the details in section 18. Opting out of marketing does not stop operational messages about your membership.
10. International transfers
Some of the providers we use may store or process personal information outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal information is transferred outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy and with applicable UAE data protection law, including by entering into appropriate contractual protections with the recipient.
11. Cookies

12. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. Membership and transaction records are retained for the period required by UAE tax, accounting and commercial law. Enquiry records are kept for a shorter period unless they lead to a membership. Where we no longer need personal information, we delete it or anonymise it.
13. Security
We maintain technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. These include access controls, restricted staff permissions and secure hosting. No transmission of information over the internet is completely secure, and while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us online.
